These Terms govern your use of baysbooked.com and the services provided by RelentLabs Pty Ltd (“BaysBooked”, “we”, “us”).

02 · Services

BaysBooked provides AI automation workflows, marketing campaigns, CRM and lead automation, consulting and related digital marketing services, on a best-effort basis.

03 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally authorised to enter into these Terms, and use the services for lawful business purposes only.

04 · Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely responses. We are not liable for delays or results caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

05 · Payments & Billing

Fees are communicated upfront. Payment is due as agreed; late payment may result in suspension of services. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

06 · No Guaranteed Results

BaysBooked does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to leads, bookings, sales, revenue, or rankings.

07 · Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our tools, systems and methods. You retain ownership of your original content and data.

08 · Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information confidential. Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or to deliver the services.

09 · Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We are not responsible for issues, downtime, or data loss arising from third-party services or platforms used to deliver the services.

10 · Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BaysBooked harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of law, or the content you provide.

12 · Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, overdue payments, or unlawful activity. You may terminate with written notice as set out in your agreement.

13 · Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14 · Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15 · SMS Terms & Conditions

If you opt in to SMS, you may receive text messages related to your enquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Marketing or promotional messages are sent only if you have opted in separately.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; you will receive a confirmation. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
